In order to return an item for an exchange or gift card to use at a later time, all item(s) must be unworn, free from any makeup or underarm residue, returned in the same package item was shipped in, as well as all tags attached. Customers have a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to return said item(s). In the event none of the requirements are met, damaged item(s) will be returned to the sender.
